Ruling Question about a specific Pokemon

Does anyone know If there's a Pokemon for the Modified format that
has a Poke-Power or Poke-Body that enables you to switch your own Active Pokemon with one of your Benched Pokemon like Switch or Warp Point for example?

If so please let me know, k?

You can use Gardevoir LV.X but either the Benched or the Active Pokémon has to be Gardevoir LV.X. See Gardevoir LV.X

Theres Palkia Lv. X, your opponent chooses what you bring up, but it makes you switch.

It has to be it that steps in. I can't think of any other Power only free switches from Base 1 - Neo. I'll probably have another one dawn on me later though.

I'm aware of that, I'm just thinking of any one I can in the first place (it's not like there are a ton to begin with), simply to point out that they may not have a lot of options if there's only one around between that large of a span of sets.
