hey all i have a question that may be silly but i just want to double check
the rainbow energy thats from delta spcies is that considerd to be a normal rainbow energy now or is it still restricted to the delta condition

It's... still restricted to delta species. No reason why it wouldn't be.
 
If you're talking about "Delta Rainbow Energy", then there is no change to the card, since there has no card printed called "Delta Rainbow Energy" lately.
