i am planning on buying either a mysterious treasures booster box or dragon frontiers booster box. i want the dragon frontiers because of the charizard star or mew star and possibly a few ex's. but what i need to know is am i promised a star card in each box? if not i will buy the mysterious treasures. please tell me if there is a star card in each box it would help me a lot!! thanks!

no, in the ex series boxes you are not guaranteed a star card. You can get extremely luck and get more than one star card though. hope this helps.

If you plan on playing at a tournament you might want to get the Mysterious Treasures one since Dragon Frontiers is not legal in modified format.

mysterious treasures is an ok set really.but since dragon frontiers is banned its more of just for collection purpose.gettin a charizard or mew star will be hard since your not guarenteed it in the box.
I wouldn't buy either, as there's a high likelyhood that the Mysterious Treasures box you buy will be rotated.

yea i'm kinda tossed between a few boxes, i buy them from a guy becuz i don't have a credit card so i pay him in cash at his store. for $100 i can buy ex dragon frontiers, a few more ex series boxes, mysterious treasures, or supreme victors (don't really like this set). for $105 i can buy rising rivals and for $120 i can buy stormfront. i would normally buy rising rivals but, i am really close to completing this set i am only mising 10 and only 3 of those are holos so i don't really want to be it and stormfront is too expensive for my taste so i am keeping it between dragon frontiers and mysterious treasures please tell me what you guys think.
Rising Rivals is really the best set at the moment thanks to Luxray X and Flygon X...DF and MT are worth next to nothing.
