Ruling Question about errors and MD errors?

Ok, so when an Error is printed (Ex: Empoleon X pokebody) do you play it like it has a pokebody? Or does it always count as a pokepower?

And how come each of the MD Starters (Piplup, etc) that have a berry don't have any Height/Weight/etc under their picture? I pulled a Chimchar berry and thought it was an error, but then pulled Piplup and Turtwig with berry and they didn't have it either.
 
The body recieved an errata. Every empoleon thats not promo is like that. Any pokemon that has an item, doesnt have Height/Weight/etc, nor pokedex on the bottom either. its a matter of space.

Correction, The newer prints of Empoleon lv.X doesn't have the errata.
 
So if i buy an DP booster and i run into an empoleon lvx it will say pokepower in red?
