Question about HG/SS reprints.

Considering that these cards are being reprinted in HG/SS, can we still use the older versions in modified play?

I ask because the general idea behind the supporter is the same, but there's minor differences in wording. Thanks.
 
All I know is that the old DCE will be legal as well as the new one. The others I cannot guarantee, or maybe they are with a reference.
 
Im pretty sure we can use the old versions too.

I mean, think about it. "Reprint". Its the same thing, only reprinted.
 
You might need a paper thingy:

#70 - Double Colorless Energy - Special Energy

This card provides 2 units of Colorless Energy.

That's the new one. The old one says that it's not a basic energy, but not a special. So technically, the old one isn't a special energy, but the new one is.
