What if you do an attack which ignores all effects on the pokemon (example fastwave, swift etc) Then someone has a holon circle. Will the pokemon get the damage or not?

No, because Holon Circle states that when someone attacks, the attack is stopped before applying any effects. Since that's not TECHNICALLY an effect on the Defending Pokemon (you could say it is, but I don't feel it's the same) the Stadium still stops it.

I probably worded that oddly. Perhaps someone who's a little more awake can give a second opinion, lol.

No, the pokemon won't get the damage because the Holon Circle stated that if any active pokemon attacks, the damage will be prevented, so attacks like Fastwave or Swift won't stop the effect of the Holon Circle or should i say the attacks won't do any damage....

Yes, effects and such come last, for example if you did swift that would be during the damage, so as stated by monster1nce, this would not do any damage.
