If i have http://pokebeach.com/scans/plasma-storm/90-klinklang.jpg in play and my opponent have this in play has a defending http://pokebeach.com/scans/plasma-freeze/38-thundurus-ex.jpg can he attack dont do the damage but attached a energy to a pokemon in bench
