Ruling Question about Luxio (FLF) interaction with Palkia & Dialga LEGEND

I am participating in a privately hosted damage Challenge on the Pokemon Trading Card Game Online, and I am wondering about the legality of using Luxio (FLF) and Palkia & Dialga LEGEND (TM) to stack up roughly 60,000 damage. The game software may not have a tool implemented to stop said interaction between cards, and I don't want to be disqualified for exploiting a bug.

My strategy goes like this:

Use Palkia & Dialga LEGEND (referred from hereon out as PDL) to add prize cards to the opponent's side of the field.

Opponent plays with a Hawlucha-EX.

The opponent takes all prize cards but one, at which point I use PDL to stack up more prizes. Lysandre's Trump Card prevents either player from decking out.
Lather, rinse, and repeat until opponent has taken about 400 prize cards, but remains with 1 prize card in play.

I use Luxio FLF/Vileplume BCR to deal 60,000 damage to opponent.

Would this be legal? I know that some cards (e.g. N) would react strangely to this (Shuffle hand into deck, draw -399 cards).

Also, if this was legal, I would assume that Echoed Voice would have infinite scaling as well. (50, 100, 150, 200, 250 etc.)

Thank you for your time and knowledge,

The DPL + Luxio combo does work. The game should keep track of how many prizes were taken, so it does work. However, other cards don't work like you said. For example, N. It doesn't matter how many prizes have been drawn: you still draw the amount you have left. If you have 31 prize cards, you draw those 31 (and deck out afterwards in the process, of course :p ).

Echoed Voice never has infinite scaling. Since the /base/ damage remains the same, it only adds up once. That question was answered recently, you should take a look.
