if i attach a scramble energy card to magmortar (sw) when I am down in prize cards, am I able to remove SIX damage counters from it (3 rainbow energies times 2 damage counters)? I'm just curious about this because the card does not say BASIC fire energies on it. Would rainbow energies work for this poke-power?

Flame Body does trigger on Scrambles and DREs as long as they provide Fire Energy when attached. The body does not limit it to Basic Fire Energy. But the Special Energy cards do need to provide Fire at the time they're attached -- so it doesn't trigger if Crystal Beach is out, or if you're not behind on prizes and attach a Scramble.
In any case, you still remove just 2 damage counters. The body says to remove 2 counters when you attach a Fire Energy card -- and Scramble/DRE is still just one card.
