Ruling Question about older sets

Hi there,

I was wondering, when am I allowed to use cards from the older sets of the pkm TCG?
I am referring to sets like fossil and jungle and similar sets.
Can they be used in casual play? (non tournament)
In which tournaments can they be used?

Is there anything else i need to know about the older sets?

you can't use old cards in the tournament unless you are playing friendly matches with your friends BUT old cards that have reprinted into the modified edition can be used in the tournament, for example: Prof. Elm's Training Method(Expedition) can used in the tournament because it has been reprinted in EX Unseen Forces or EX Dragon Frontier...

So, if i get it right:

One can use old cards in tournaments only if they are reprinted.

One can use old cards in friendly games if both players agree to it.
