Ruling Question about Parallel City?

Would Parallel City reduce any damage from dual type Galvantula's Double Thread attack? Since the damage isn't stated to the side but rather the attack description, targeting two bench Pokemon.

Sorry to add to an existing thread, but if a dual type Pokémon were released that were two of the Fire, Water or Grass types and Parallel City were played against that Pokémon, would their damage be reduced by 20 or 40?

Just 20. The card is only checking that the attacker has any of those three types. Doesn't matter how many they have, still only 20 is reduced.
