BW/BW2 Question about story

so i beat the elite 4 and beat N. But lost to Ghetsis. And now it wont let me back into the pokemon league. And the bridge leading to Lacunosa town is blocked and also the bridge going to the White forest is also blocked. so i cant really do anything. Is there anything else i can do that i am just missing?

1. go to the pokemon center(pokemon league)
2. there should be a team plasma grunt
3. talk to him
4. he will ask you do you want to go to N's castle

You have to beat the Elite 4 to go to White Forest.
