Help Question about the card game

How do Tera Pokémon work? On every Tera Pokémon, there's a rule box that says "As long as this Pokémon is on your bench, prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by attacks (both yours and your opponents)". I understood everything except the "both yours and your opponents". Which of your opponents Pokémon is the card talking about? The benched Pokémon? The attacking Pokémon? Please help. Thanks!

It's talking about the attacks. Your opponent's attacks can't do damage to your benched Tera Pokémon and your own attacks can't either.
