Ruling question about wallys training

I just wanted to know if i can use wally training during my first turn if i'm the second to play to evolve my active pokemon

If you go second, you can play Supporters on your very first turn. Only the person who starts the game cannot play Supporters on their first turn.

And can u play Waklly's to evolve a Basic to a Stage 2? Rare Candy does that too, i think...

In short, no.

Wally's Training searches your deck for a card that evolves from your Active Pokémon. The reason Rare Candy can drop Stage 2's onto Basics is because it specifically says you can. Wally's Training has no such wording, so you can only use it to take a card one stage higher.

Yes you can play walleys training.

If you have a stage 1 but not stage 2 in hand, you can candy into the stage 1 and then walleys into the stage 2.

ALL Wally's training and Rare candy questions are CLEARLY answered in the Compendium. There is also about 100 Wally and Candy threads in this place anyway. Read the Compendium, it's there so you dont have to waste time making threads like this...
