Question about worlds 2009

Im going to a pre-release tourny for Supreme Victors on the 8th. Worlds Last Chance Qualifier is on the 13th. And Supreme Victors isnt released until the 19th. So will I be able to use my Supreme Victors cards for the Worlds even tho they havent been released yet??? Sorry if this is a noob question, Im new to the game.
