Can the Jap use IFIDS at worlds?

Its very hard to get worldwide releases. Theres always going to be some behindness. Theres also the fact that Japan is single elmination until top cut, thier top cuts are paired totally random, and they play with a "30+1" game clock to add to thier struggles.Stigma said:I also agree that it's unfair for Japan.
