Ruling question 'bout snowpoint

if i use gachomps power to revive a stage 2 pokemon and then play snowpount stadium twill it get +20 HP? also if i LVL up that poke (say into magnezone LV.X) would it still get +20 HP?

thats not correct

Garchomp Lv.X's attack says..
"Play it as a Basic Pokemon.."
so you can restore another garchomp or whatever and it will get the bonus of Snowpoint stadium
and Leveling up isn't evolving, so its still okay

"Search your discard pile for a Pokemon... and put it on your Bench as a Basic Pokemon..."
Techically, basic pokemon are not evolved and have no pre-evos under them so they are not considered to be "evolved".

yes, it says to play it as a basic pokemon... this is why Mewtwo lv. X killz chompy, 'cause of it's pokebody. If you use restore with Garchomp, then you play it as a basic pokemon, so it WOULD get +20 HP.
