Question on HG/SS Boxes

Will the Heart Gold and Soul Silver Boxes both be $100 with 36 packs each? of split cost and 18 each? either way im getting both.
 
The sets will be combined for America (I think?) and just like Diamond and Pearl be combined in boxes provbally keeping the 85 dollar average from seller to seller.
 
alrighty cool, cause in japan they are seperate. I've never bought 2 boxes for the same set before but neo is my favorite gen. so this may be the one exception
