I have a question regarding Vileplume Ability's impact on Espeon's Shadow Ball attack.
Vileplume's Ability, Allergy Panic, states "Apply Weakness for each Poké (both yours and your opponent's) as 4X instead." Espeon (PF)'s Shadow Ball attack inflicts 40 damage and "...also apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon."
If Vileplume is in play, would Espeon's Shadow Ball attack then inflict 160 damage onto an opponent's benched Deoxys EX (assuming opponent's benched Poké are not protected from attack damage)? Thanks.
