I have a Mewtwo EX from Legendary Treasures with a small scratch on it that's only visible when you put it to the light in near mint condition, is it still legal for sanctioned tournaments? I know judges usually check to make sure that no marks are on the sleeves as well and mine doesn't.

The final call is up to the judge, but the reason for the check is to prevent a marked card situation, i.e. you can't look at the card you are about to draw and know ahead of time what it is. As long as it still looks like all the rest of the cards when sleeved (not bent, etc.) it should be ok. But like I said, that is the judge's call.
It does look like all the rest of the cards when sleeved but I'm willing to get a second opinion on this from a friend of mine at one of my LGS's whose also a Pokemon Professor to get it evaluated, thanks for your help though.
