Ruling Question Regarding Charizard(CG) & Double Rainbow Energy

Alright, I I have a Double Rainbow Energy attached to Charizard(CG) provoiding 2 Steel Energys, and I use Metal Burn, do I have to discard any energys, cause technically He doesn't have any Steel Energys attached to him.
 
You discard all cards attached to Charizard that provide at least [M] Energy. DRE provides at least [M] Energy, so it would get discarded. The same goes for Rainbow, Delta Rainbow, Holon's Pokémon, Dark Metal, Scramble, actual Metal Energy, and ALL basic Energy (but only if Holon Research Tower is in play).
 
Unless it states discard all metal energy cards attached to "Insert pokemon name here", you have to discard all energy that provide the metal energy.
