Ruling question regarding pichu

when you cast one energy he is able to have an ability to make you collect one card, my question once you get the card, are you allowed to put down the card in play right away???or you need to wait for your next turn to do that...

The attack says, "Draw a card." So you draw a card. You have attacked, so your turn ends. You need to wait until your next turn to play the card you drew.
