Ruling Question~

I have two Dark Marowaks', both from Team Rocket Returns. As you might have seen on the trading board, it's the number 7/109. On a site reference they say that 7/10 is a holo rare card. Well, both of my cards are rare, yet neither is holo. Could someone perhaps help me with this? If pictures are needed I'll take some.

That would be because they came from one of the starter decks. it's not un-usual,.

yep i got them too and both of them are from the TRR starter deck so they are the non-holo special version of dark marowak....
