I would asssume they are, consideirng the "W/E Sea" is part of their name. Though, δ was in the same place...

I haven't got a confirmation but I am hearing you could play up to8 Shellos (4 of Each) and 8 Gastrodon (4 Each). Same goes for Burmy and Wormadam (Can anyone say Burmy Deck?)
