If you had Electivire Lv.x against Magmortar, and they attach an energy to Magmortar would Magmortar take 20 or not?
 
If they already had any damage counters they would remove 2 then take 2 so it would be like nothing happened. But i'm not sure which ability would happen first if it didn't have damage counters on it already. We'll have to wait for Chairman.
 
The Magmortar player decides the order.
