Is there any card that is DP-on that can stop Poke-Powers without being active?

well not really
^ they dont stop it, just hurt the opponent if you do.
Alakazam is the only option i can think of, but its got a pretty bad draw back.
You could always use dusknoir to send them back to the deck.

Anyway, the reason i'm asking this is because I want to play DWD (call it lame or whatever, but I like that deck and have most of its cards.) but as we all know Claydol shut it down. Why I'm coming to you guys for help.
