Are there any pokemon that are basic or Electric that let you attach 1 or more energy from your hand or deck to your pokemon in any way you want.It can be an attack,Pokebody, or a Pokepower.

I can't think of any basic but ones that do come to mind are:

Altaria ex
Leafeon Lv. X


I think the only thing I've seen from what I can remember are basics that let you attach an extra energy not from your hand or deck, but discard pile.

Burmy for example has a pokepower that lets you attach a grass energy from your discard pile to him.

Shinx lets you attach it to himself. Theres a few that get a few energy from the discard and attach it to themselves. Theres really nothing like that for a lighting basic.

Raichu and Electrode let you attatch them to other pokemon!! but they're stage 1's...
