I was looking at a Dutch toy shop's site, and I found this:

Pokémon Special Tin 9,98 EURO
Voeg extra kracht toe aan je kaartencollectie met de verzameltin.

Inhoud
• 3 boosters Platinum tijdperk
• 2 Diamond & Pearl boosters
• 1 booster uit het Ex. tijdperk
• 1 Lucario foil kaart

In English, thats means you can get a tin with 6 packs for only 10 euro. Is there anyone who has gotten this tin? Sounds like a pretty good deal te me, but I think its fake. The Lucario's tins I've seen so far had 3 packs (1 DP & 2 EX)

A tin has 4 packs. But the Arceus tin in America has 5 packs + 1 POP pack.

EX series cards aren't usable.
Tins come with 4 packs for $9.99.

IF you want the EX cards, then go for it.

The tin has 3 Platinum series, 2 Diamond & Pearl series en 1 EX series booster pack.

I know the EX packs aren't usable, but 3 Platinum + 2 Diamond & Pearl for 10 euro's is just awesome if you ask me.

well, toys XL, the dutch toys "R" us, has the same action, only for 9,99, thats 1 cent. and i guess bart smit will follow this xD

But, is it real? Does it have 6 packs?

Only one way to find out; go there and see if you can look at the tin itself first. If it doesn't contain 6 packs then you should be able to file a complaint given the fact that it doesnt hold what it promises you.
