I have a question about the ability of the Togekiss from the upcoming Plasma set. The ability is as follows:
Ability: Prideful Veil
If Togekiss is your Active Pokemon, when your opponent uses an Item card, all of your Pokemon are unaffected by any of its effects.
This effect obviously negates things such as hammers and pokemon catcher, but what about Pokemon Tool cards? For example, let's say I have a Togekiss active, and my opponent has a Rocky Helmet attached to their active. If Togekiss were to attack the the Rocky Helmeted pokemon, would I ignore the 2-damage counter recoil? Or does this ability only ignore instantaneous effects of items on the moment they are played?
As a side question, would it also ignore effects of plus powers? Or would plus power still cut through, since the 10 damage is added to the attacking pokemon, and not applied as an effect directly to my Togekiss?
