Questions for start?

I'm kinda "new" to pokemon tcg. I played last format with Rampardos and it was like super fast and killing all. Hmm, now its new format(i know the rules and all of that) but I need to make a start, and I really dont know with which deck I will start? So help me please.
I want to make Zekrom donk(i like speed) but Shaymins and Pachies are hard to get.
So i want to make some prime deck(i'l try to build Zekrom donk anyway)
So i need to get some deck to start with, beacuse its hard to start with nothing.

Look in the Deck Garage for Zekrom decks. You can trade in the Trading Corner for cards you need.
