Ruling quick ball

I know i've been asking a lot of questions lately,but I've just had so many lately. On to the question,alot of people have been talking about how good quick ball is,but all you get from it is a random poke.Can someone please explain to me why it is so good? Thanks!!!!!

its good in decks that do not play a lot of different pokemon

IMO, although it has no security for searching for a particular Pokemon, you can use more than one a turn.

its good if you only play one line of pokemon like just a 4-3-4 infernape line so you can get them out fast
