Ruling Quick Question for Old Amber.

For Zapdos attack, I can do 40 to my Old Amber and it won't do anything right? Making it a free 80 attack with no drawbacks as long as I have Old Amber on my bench? I'm pretty sure it's yes, but..

Just wanna get an official ruling so I can print it out lol.

Yes, you can. It's still a valid target. The fact that it can't be damaged doesn't factor in.
