Is it against the rules to open a thread for game trades using PokéSav'd Pokémon? I know some people don't care one way or the other, but I wanted to make sure before I made it. I can do things legit if needed, but PokéSav really saves time and attacks and EVs can be set to whatever is requested. Thanks in advance for any answers I receive.

You'll be able to get away with it, as long as they aren't detected at VGCs. There's no set ban against PokéSavved Pokemon, but make it explicitly clear that they aren't natural and you'll be fine.
Its not addressed specifically, but you could always ask a mod through PM.
It should be allowed, however, so long as you don't alter a pokemon to where it cant be used in VGCs
