if i retreat in this kind situation

pokemon A- bannete

pokemon B -treecko

1)i use warp point to switch A with B and then switch B with retreat cost...

2)use switch to swicth A with B and swicth B with A using retreat cost...

i asked coz my fren retreat his blasty coz affected with Sp Con with a gardy and swicthed that  gardy using switch...

retreat only once per turn....

retreat is once per turn .... but not for switch by trainer .... you can switch as many time as you want by using trainer like ( switch and warp point )

you can warp point and switch as many times as you like but only use a pokemon's retreat 1nce
