Rabsca ex, Hippowdon, TM Machine, and Other Gym Promos Revealed for October!

[Water Pokémon Master]

Starting this month, players who attend Japan’s Gym tournaments will receive a new promo pack containing one of seven promo cards. Four of them are brand new; the rest are reprints.

The chase card will be Rabsca ex. In English we should get it inside a future “ex Box” or within a future set. It probably won’t release here for at least six months.

i think rabscas second attack costing a grass and 2 colorless will hurt it alot
kinda fun against drago though being able to hit 290 if drago is fully powered up though stuff like bolt and dragapult your almost never gonna ohko especially dragapult considering crystal exists

tm machine is cool though i dont know any decks that run 3 tms

and hippodown could be fun in froslass maybe? it hurts your own pokemon sadly

Durant ex AND Rabsca ex? The bugs are buggin' out today! Very happy to see Rabsca finally got an ex version (even if it is just a promo), and who knows? Maybe they'll pull a Cyclizar/Scovillain and include it in a future set with a different type
