Raichu Deck What will I need?

Hello, Im Kuro and I am wanting to make a Raichu Prime deck to play with.

Please help me in what you think I will need and please give me some good ideas on different ways and cards to use.

This is deck of mine is for use at Gencon Next year

uhmm if you want to make a raichu prime deck I suggest you try a
4-3-1 Raichu line (2 primes 1 HGss and 1 lv x)

I also suggest to use 4 energy pickup and a 3-2-3 magnezone SF line (2 SF 6, 1 SF 5) to get back the energies form the discard pile
Play some fisherman trainers
U can try Raiquaza LA to pair it up with raichu prime's poke power
4 Pokemon reversals is a nice addition to the deck
1-2 Unown Q for Raichu prime
2 Uxie LA for draw
Around 10 to 14 lightning energies should be good
