Strategy:

Hello guys, I actually placed 2nd at my local pokemon league and here is the deck list that made it all possible. I played a M-venasuaur EX deck, M-Rayquaza Deck, Raikou/Electrode, and Yveltal/Garb. Ironically, I lost to mega ray due to two dead draws back to back. The toughest matchup was Raikou as they could not fury belt his Raikou's fast enough.

Without a muscle band and sky field, raichu hits for only 100 (raikou's hp is 120) and the golbat's sneaky bit helped the deck combo into 2 insane knockouts on raikous. Considering he gave me two free prize cards for knocking out his electrode, i was able to take the game fairly convincingly.

I also would like to know what can change about the deck. Cards like bursting balloons helped, but not to the extent that they should have and could be swapped out for something else. I could also reduce the bat line to a 4-3 to always have more basic Zubats and I could devolution more often. Out of all of my matches, I only used the spray once because I had more gobats in hand than on bench.

So yeah, let me know!
