and also the bit cant be used if he has a special condition. well how can he if hes just leveled up?

It should be a PokePower, but it is still treated as a Body, if I'm correct. As in, you can't use it if Dialga G LV.X is in play, and it can't be Power Sprayed. Also as for the Sp. COndidtions part, some cards have effects that make you unable to remove Status effects by Leveling up or Evolving.

The other misprint on the card is that it doesn't say 80 damage. I tell people I'm going to use voltage shoot to do 80 knock-knock jokes to one of their pokemon.
There was a toxicroak from MT I believe that kept a pokemon from removing a special condition when evolving or leveling up. Its obscure, but its still possible.

Also, heatran LV. X stops burn being removed.
This card actually has two miss print, it says 80 instead of 80 damage + its power being listed as a body, which has been said. Also I believe that its power is treated as a body thanks to the misprint http://pokebeach.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=69760
because when you level up you dont hafe to attack right away so that is why it is a poke body.

Personally, though I think Salamence is the weird one. I'm guessing they made it a power so it could be canceled so it didn't become overpowered.

Cancelling an attack with power spray dosent make so much sense amish. But power spraying slamance x poke power does.

Its to series to be a pokemon power and you cant use power spray to stop them useing another attack. And its just to series to be a pokemon power it should be a poke body witch it is.
But if you can only use it the turn you put it down and it's by choice then surely it shoul be a power because bodies are always in effect

But people you can not power spray to stop them from useing an attack.
yeahbut they stop them using the power which lets them attack twice.
thats why i think this is misprinted. because as far as im aware there are NO poke bodies which are optional. and only a 1 time thing.
im pretty sure this is supposed to be a power. because there is also no bodies which cant be used if your affected by special conditions
