I'm sure one of you have posted this before but I'm going to write this anyways.

Pluspower says 'If the pokemon Pluspower is attached to attacks, the attack does 10 more damage to the active pokemon.' So Raichu can attack twice per turn and Pluspower only has to be discarded at the end of your turn so....

1. If raichu use voltage shoot then explosive orb, both on the defending pokemon, will both attacks get +10 damage?

2. Raichu uses voltage shoot on the defending pokemon and knocks it out, does your opponent have to switch another benched with the active before raichu attacks again?

3. Assuming the answer is no, you only can voltage shoot the bench since raichu can't use any other attack that snipes and that damage isn't affected by Pluspower, am I right?

The following questions are very noobish.

4. Can you rare candy pichu to raichu?

5. If you rare candy pikachu to raichu, can you level-up immediately?

Thanks for your time.

4. > No.
5.> No.

You can Get pichu and on your first turn, evolve into pikachu, then use a rare candy to evolve into Raichu, then as long as your active you can Level Up NEXT turn. There's no such thing as noobish questions, ;) trust me. Were all learning and evolving (pun proudfully intended) people. However in series or two there is going to be a trainer called LEVEL MAX that does what you say it does.

These are the only questions I can answer with pure confidence. Great questions.

1.I'm pretty sure the answer to this is yes it gets the extra 10 for both attacks.
2.Yes your opponent has to bring up another Pokemon if you KO their active with the first attack of the two.
3.^^^
4.No you can't Rare Candy Pichu to Raichu because Pikachu doesn't HAVE to evolve from Pichu. Same goes for every other baby Pokemon.
5.No you can't level-up immediatley if you Rare Candy Pikachu to Raichu because leveling-up is kind of like evolving. You can't evolve the Pokemon more than once per turn. (An exceptipn is the Butterfree line and when it comes out Time Space Tear. But when it does come out you still can't levl-up immediatley.)

Thanks you both. I get the answers for questions 1, 4 and 5 now. I'm just waiting for something more secure for 2 and 3.

1) Considering PlusPower is discarded at the end of the turn, it stays on for both attacks. Thus, as long as both attacks hit the Defending, then they both get +10.

2) For the... 3rd or so time on here, they have to bring up their new Defending before you attack a second time if you KOed their active with the first attack.

3) N/A But, you would not get the extra damage from PlusPower if you attacked a Bench Pokemon. Just so you are positive on that. :p

4) No, you can only use Rare Candy to skip/speed up a normal evolution path. By that, I mean an evolution path in which it says "Evolves from _____" Pikachu does not say "Evolves from Pichu." so you cannot Rare Candy from Pichu to Pikachu or Raichu.

5) You cannot Level Up right after using Rare Candy to evolve. Rare Candy is that Pokemons evolution for the turn, and (in a way) so is Leveling Up. It's one of the rules for Lv. Xs, you cannot Level Up a Pokemon that has already evolved in that turn.

You can´t do that because if you evolved Pikachu from Pichu, Pikachu is an evolved Pokémon and Candy only works with Basic Pokémons.
