The goal of this deck is get around 2-3 Eels set up, the discard energy and put them on the Raikou. Get around 3-4 on it then attack, once he dies put all the energy that is in the discard on the next Raichu within one turn, then attack again. With 3 energy and a muscle band it does 130 damage, with 4: 150, and so on. I would like help making this deck better. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I am partial to Hoopa EX, i thnik since you have a decent number of EX it would go well with your deck. id take out 2 Bridgette and put in a Hoopa EX AOR and a 4th prof sycamore
