Im planning on running a Raikou ex varient with zekrom and terakion...

Don't run DCE with {F}. It's way to inconsistent to get the right energy in the discard. Other than that, drop the Communication and Great Ball for Level Ball and two Cheren and a Pokedex for Ultra Ball. You can get everything you need with those, and Ultra Ball gets energy in the discard.

so your saying to use lighting energy to use mewtwo?
 
Yes, because you can Dynomotor onto an awaiting Mewtwo on the bench, free retreat Raikou, and ko whatever you need to. You do not need DCE's in this deck.
