Raikou HELP!

I did give you an answer, if you'll scroll up to my first post. You might be able to use it as an aside in an Electric deck (like Ampharos or even Lanturn Prime), but by no means is it feasible to use as a main attacker - it's incredibly frail.
I'd also try to get something to deal with your Fighting types, since with an x2 Weakness and 80 HP, Raikou can get KO'ed quickly. Like what DNA said, Lanturn Prime works against cards like Donphan, but also consider adding in Exploud from Supreme Victors, which removes Raikou's Weakness.
Yeah, I'm not sure this could be an adequate main attacker. 80 HP, bad weakness, attack for 3 energy that does 70 damage and not on consecutive turns...

Well, if you want it as the main attacker, I suggest using Unown Q for free retreat, and then using different Zap Cannons so you can use it every turn. You'll want Lucian's Assignment and Pachirisu LL (when it comes out) for getting those energy. Sunnyshore City Gym is a must, and Lanturn Prime for the late-game and Donphan Prime. You may even want Electivire FB Lv.X for quick set-up.

Every year, they make the oldest sets in the current format illegal to create a new modified format. Secret wonders was recently removed after World Championships this year. You can still play with it for fun, or in a league if you agree to it, but not in any tournaments.
