I'm wondering the best way to play Raikou in standard, I know there is Magnezone but I'm wondering if there is any other options.

Does anybody have any good Raikou lists?

There's Mega Manectric. I don't have any lists currently, but it might be less clunky than Magnezone. Energy switch would be good to move energy off of Manectric after retreating to the bench. Max Elixir would also be good (especially if you're playing all basic lightning energy) and does really well with energy switch.

M-Manectric and Max Elixir works, like stated above me, as well as Magnezone, not sure what I think is better than the other. Standard isn't what I usually use Raikou in though, as I like using Eelektrik in Expanded, so I'm not sure on much else for Standard.

Here is the list I have been running lately:

Pokémon - 15

2 Shaymin-EX ROS 77
3 Togepi ROS 43
3 Togetic ROS 44
3 Togekiss ROS 46
4 Raikou BKT 55

Trainer Cards - 29

4 Trainers' Mail ROS 92
2 Pokémon Fan Club FLF 106
2 AZ PHF 117
1 Super Scoop Up FFI 100
2 Professor Sycamore BKP 107
4 Fighting Fury Belt BKP 99
2 Lysandre FLF 104
4 Ultra Ball ROS 93
2 Shauna XY 127
3 VS Seeker PHF 109
3 Level Ball NXD 89

Energy - 16

2 Fairy Energy Energy 9
14 Lightning Energy Energy 4

Total Cards - 60

Not having to use rare candies for the Togekiss line is nice. This list has not been updated with Fates Collide. N would probably go in over Shauna and Sycamore.
Any questions, let me know.

I'm using him as a non ex back up attacker in my Kingdra deck, along with Jolteon EX and Glaceon EX they make for a pretty good stable of easy set up attackers that can hit big numbers or stall out.

I use it in both my standard and expanded M Manectric decks. I only play one copy of each, but with anti-EX decks such as Wailord mills and Garchomp floating around my league, it's always a welcome tech. It deals with Wailord stall in Standard and Wailord/Suicune in Expanded well, and Raikou with a Flash Energy helps against Garchomp in expanded, as Jirachi is the only other non-EX in the deck. I think this card has great potential, and similar to Wing Attack Charizard, will take a while to truly shine.
