Discussion Raikou Magnezone

Moved from the TCG Help & Advice to the TCG Competitive Play as the OP is looking for a subjective answer with discussion value better suited in the competitive forums. ~bbninjas
 
It's alright, I suppose. FFB helps raikou become a pretty good one prize tank. But there's too much item lock and fighting running around to be worth playing in a tournament at the moment.

It's not exactly the item lock i would worry about for this deck, but more the resurgence of fighting decks. The deck can run without items, although it is greatly hindered. But it just can not compete with the fact that Garchomp can one hit a Raikou with 1 energy. Plus, I have been seeing many fighting builds featuring Garbodor to shut down abilities which would hurt any Magnezone build.
