Well, this deck is Basically a Starmie Deck+Magnezone-Raikou Deck. You Use Starmie's Synchro Star to sweep early game while you charge up Raikou's Thunder Lance with Magnezone's Ability, Magnetic Circuit. If you want me to explain more then come back later cause I can't finish this right now.
