Where do I get Minetales?

My only improvement is -1 energy returner +1 energy retrieval.

There is almost no occasion in which you will want an energy returner instead of a retrieval.

For a Pokemon line I would run something like this:

3-1-3 or 3-2-3 Emboar (BW-BW-BW)
2-2 RDL (UD-UD)
2-2 Ninetails (UL-HS/CoL)
4 Reshiram (BW)
2 or 3 Cleffa (HS/CoL)
1 Tyrogue (HS/CoL)

But it's really a matter of preference.
