Simisear, Simipuor And Galvantula Are Tech Cards... why?... this little pkmns do a little damage but help me to kill big tanks... Example decks as wailgatr, i hit wailord with simipour and i burned it, then i strike it with galvantula cure me 40 per turn and for a great damage cincinno or zekrom.

low attack energy cost does not make up for low damage. Burn typically does not stick... Sleep is a real joke unless your opponent is just unlucky with the flips and has a bad hand.
