Discussion Rainbow Weird - A Rainbow Force Xerneas Deck

Was gonna put this under fun, but I think it's useable. I didn't put this is the deck garage because I don't have a list yet :p Aaanyways, the main dudes of the deck are Lugia-EX/Bisharp/Raichu/Parasect/Huntail/Xerneas. The Parasect's attack allows us to power up Huntail, Lugia-Ex, Bisharp, and Xerneas. Xerneas takes advantage of the rainbow typing as well as Bisharp's Dual types, Huntail smacks for a lot with the help of DCE and Parasect's attack, Bisharp is just there, and Raichu is just OP as hell with Skyfield and Mega Ray being popular. What's your input? Any suggestions? Could this be a good deck?

I like the raichu idea he really is powerful. Galvantula with the duel type could be great as well for 60 more damage hits since it counts as 2 types and could knock out 2 shaymins in 2 rounds! . I run an EX version of the deck. I use hoopa to get 3 more EXs out of different colors. You bring out, shaymin EX, Flygon EX, and Volcaneon EX. That's at least a 130 hit but with the shaymin draw you should most likely get another pokemon, either joltic, xerneas bkt, or carbink. I'm still debating on weather or not to put bisharp back in the deck but it still needs to be tested more. Flygon EX is really good in the deck because of his ability to bring out another one of your opponents benched pokemon; this is great against decks that have jolteon or glaceon EX because once they go back to the bench, their effect of (if your opponent active is a basic they cant attack next round) is reset once put back on the bench and therefore you could attack! Wooo! Also use float stones and exp share :)

Parasect is in XY-BREAKthrough, and has the attack "Colorful Spores" which selects 3 of your benched Pokémon and search your deck for 3 different basic Energy cards and attache them to those Pokémon.
