Get KO's with Rampardos' Clean Hit.
Ideally, you start with Vulpix. Put Fossils on your bench. Use Beacon on your first turn to get a Rampardos. By your second turn, you should have a Rampardos in play via Rare Candy.

Ninetales GX is used to search for Rare Candy if you fail to draw into it. Order Pad can help you get Candy or a Fossil.

Wishful Baton is to help you accelerate energy for purpose of Wild Crash. Unit Energy is in the deck, just in case you want to attack the bench or want to OHKO a Blacephalon GX.

If your goal goes with Clean Hit, where’s Diancie?
Also, try some Choice Band. I’d go with these changes.
-1 Lillie
-1 Unit Energy
-1 Wishful Baton

+1 Diancie
+2 Choice Band
