Weellllll you know... Star with Mareep, whatever ampharos, depends the situation... Then Mandibuzz and in some cases for a clean and quickly hit, Raichu...

I'm assuming you mean Riachu Prime since the normal isn't very good.

-1-1-1 Ampharos (normal) line it really isn't that useful
-1 Energy Exchanger with the right energy count you won't need this
-1 Twins since this isn't that slow a deck you don't need this many catch-up cards
-1 Black Belt^
-3 Judge without Yanmega this hurts you as otena s the opponent
-1 Lightning Energy since Raichu should mostly be a finishing tech and you shouldn't attack with ampharos prime you won't really need all of those
-1 Double Colorless Energy with only Mandibuzz's second attack requiring this you don't need many

+3 Junk Arm staple card, you really need more for it to be good
+3 Pokemon Reversal tis lets you pull up heavy retreaters to snipe around or something Raichu can KO
+1 PlusPower allows Raichu to OHKO Reshiram and Zekrom, very useful, but you'll only need one because Junk Arm can reuse it
+1 Pachirisu this lets you equip energy to Rachi faster by using their pokepowers to charge raichu in one turn
+3 Darkness Energy to power Mandibuzz since Mandibuzz is your main attacker

Thank you dark void... with the raichu i like more the normal raichu think it... ampharos put counters in zekrom or reshiram if this is the case... so with 2 energy i hit 100 with the plus isn´t a bad idea... i think the same... for the junk 4 is so much... with 3 is fine... with the other changes i like it... again thank you ;D
